Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete board (ALC board) can be directly used on the exterior walls of various building structures. Due to its excellent insulation performance, when used on the exterior walls, ALC board is much thinner than ordinary aerated concrete to meet the national energy-saving and insulation requirements.
Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete board (ALC board) can be directly used for various interior walls of building structures, including household walls, indoor walls, bathroom and kitchen partitions. The wall surface is also suitable for hanging various objects such as air conditioning, water heaters, etc
Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC), also known as Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete, is a porous concrete formed plate made from fly ash (or silica sand), cement, lime, and other main raw materials, cured by high-pressure steam (where the plate needs to be reinforced with treated steel bars); It can be used as both internal and external wall materials for building bodies, as well as roof and floor panels, making it a new type of building material with superior performance. It can be widely used in concrete and steel structure residential buildings, office buildings, internal/external walls/floors/roof panels of factories, firewalls, blast walls, steel structure beam and column fire protection maintenance, sound insulation walls, old building addition and renovation, etc.
ALC sheet characteristics
ALC board is usually made of cement, quartz sand, gypsum, etc. as the main raw materials, reinforced with anti-corrosion treated steel mesh, and cured at high temperature and pressure for 10-12 hours to form a fine and porous lightweight aerated concrete product. The dry density of the product is 450-650 kg/m3, which can effectively reduce the self weight of the building. Plate installation is convenient and has a wide range of applications, making it a new type of building material that the National Building Materials Bureau focuses on promoting.
1. Characteristics
1.1. Light bulk density: The dry bulk density is 450-650 kg/m3, which can effectively reduce the self weight of the building and also reduce the size and usage of structural components.
1.2. High strength: The compressive strength of the cube is ≥ 3.5Mpa, and the bonding force between the steel bar and the material after special rust prevention is>0.8Mpa. As a type of enclosure structure material, especially as a reinforced sheet, it is sufficient to meet the strength requirements for bending, cracking, deformation, and nodes of wall panels under various usage conditions.
1.3. Good thermal insulation: thermal conductivity λ= 0.13w/(m.k), with a heat storage coefficient of S=2.2w/(m.k).
1.4. Good soundproofing: The board has a significant quality advantage compared to other lightweight materials, especially its microstructure is composed of a large number of uniform and disconnected small pores, which have excellent energy absorption and consumption of sound waves, resulting in good soundproofing. The average sound insulation of 100mm thick partition board is 40dB (including double-sided 10 plastering). Equivalent to a 150mm thick concrete hollow block wall (with an average sound retention of about 40db).
1.5. Good fire resistance: It is an inorganic non combustible material with good fire resistance. The fire resistance limit of 10mm thick is greater than 4 hours, and there is no harmful gas leakage under high temperature and open fire.
1.6. Good durability: ALC board is an inorganic silicate material that does not age and has good durability, which can match the engineering service life (screw, nut, and other threaded parts are 6) μ m) For the welding joints of iron parts, after removing the welding slag, anti-corrosion treatment is applied to the welding joints with anti rust paint.
