The Autoclaved aerated concrete block is a kind of porous concrete product made from quartz sand, lime, cement, gypsum, slag, etc. as the main raw materials, adding an appropriate amount of gas generating agent, regulator, bubble stabilizer, through the process of batching, mixing, pouring, static stop, cutting and high-pressure steam curing.
1.1.1 Blocks are classified into two levels based on size deviation, appearance quality, dry density, compressive strength, and frost resistance: excellent product (A) and qualified product (B).
1.1.2 Blocks are divided into seven levels based on strength: A1.0, A2.0, A2.5, A3.5, A5.0, A7.5, and A10.
1.1.3 Blocks are divided into six levels based on dry density: B03, B04, B05, B06, B07, and B08,
