The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development has notified 17 construction engineering enterprises of their fraudulent behavior in their qualification applications, and has decided to criticize Guangdong Tianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and other 17 construction engineering enterprises by issuing a notice, not approving their qualification applications, and disclosing their bad behavior on the national construction market supervision public service platform. The details are as follows:

Housing and Urban Rural Development Departments of various provinces and autonomous regions, Construction Commissions of municipalities directly under the central government, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, Construction Departments (Bureaus) of relevant departments of the State Council, and * enterprises managed by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission:
After investigation, 17 construction engineering enterprises including Guangdong Tianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. engaged in fraudulent behavior during the qualification application process. According to the provisions of the Construction Law of the China, the Administrative License Law of the China, and the Measures for Handling the Falsification of Qualification Application of Construction Engineering Enterprises (JS [2011] No. 200), it was decided to circulate a notice of criticism to 17 construction engineering enterprises including Guangdong Tianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., disapprove their qualification applications, and publish their bad behaviors on the national construction market supervision public service platform. Within one year from the date of issuance of this notice, the above-mentioned enterprises shall not be accepted to apply for this administrative license.
